Eligible for Refund:

• Defective Products: If a bot or API is demonstrably defective or fails to function as advertised, a full refund will be issued upon verification.
• Technical Issues: If a bot or API is experiencing persistent technical issues that prevent it from functioning as intended, and these issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be granted at our discretion.
• Change of Mind: Refunds for purchased bots or APIs are generally not granted based solely on a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis if the bot or API was purchased in error or under false pretenses.

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Custom Bots/APIs: Custom-made bots or APIs, **including any customization made after purchase**, are not eligible for refunds, unless they are found to be defective or fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
• Usage Issues: Refunds are not provided for issues related to improper use, misuse, or user error.
• Free Trial Periods: Free trial periods are provided for evaluation purposes only. Refunds are not available for purchases made during a free trial period.
• Expired Products: Refunds are not available for products that have already expired.

• Detailed description of the issue
• Proof of purchase

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
