Prohibited Activities

This website is dedicated to providing a safe and ethical platform for developers to access and utilize Discord bots and AI APIs. To ensure a positive experience for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

General Prohibitions:

• Illegal Activities: Using any bot or API for illegal purposes, including but not limited to:
  • Hacking, phishing, or other forms of cybercrime
  • Spreading malware, viruses, or other harmful content
  • Violating copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Engaging in fraud or scams
• Harassment and Abuse: Using bots or APIs to harass, bully, or threaten other users. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Sending unsolicited messages or spam
  • Using offensive language or imagery
  • Engaging in hate speech or discrimination
• Spam and Unsolicited Marketing: Using bots or APIs to promote or market products or services without the explicit consent of the user.
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service: Using bots or APIs in ways that violate Discord's own rules and regulations.
• Data Misuse: Collecting or using user data without their explicit consent or for purposes other than those stated in the bot or API description.
• Bot Abuse: Using bots in ways that disrupt or overload Discord servers, or that negatively impact the user experience.

Specific to Custom Bots and APIs:

• Misrepresenting the Capabilities: Describing a custom bot or API as having capabilities it does not possess.
• Unrealistic Expectations: Promising unrealistic results or performance from a custom bot or API.
• Unclear Terms and Conditions: Failing to clearly and transparently communicate the terms and conditions of use for custom bots and APIs.
• Privacy Violations: Developing bots or APIs that collect or use user data without their knowledge or consent.

We reserve the right to take action against any user engaging in prohibited activities, including but not limited to: account suspension, content removal, and legal action.
